Students

• Online Blackboard Tutorials. This help library contains dozens of text documents and audio-enhanced slideshows on all aspects of Bb CE6. The library is available to all students through the CE6 Training - Planet - Student link in your Course List on your My Blackboard page. If this title is not in your Course List, please send a message to blackboard@pdx.edu.
  

Faculty

• Get a Blackboard CE6 shell for your class. All shells are now created via Banner. Ask your course scheduler to “flag” in Banner that your class will need a Bb CE6 shell. A shell will automatically be created within hours. If your scheduler has problems with this process, you may send your information to blackboard@pdx.edu.
  
• Get content migrated from WebCT4 to Bb CE6. Fill out the Bb Online Course Request Form at https://survey.oit.pdx.edu/ss/wsb.dll/s/2bfgb4b. By Fall term of 2008, this will no longer be required.
  
• Face to face faculty training in Bb CE6 is being offered every week. For date, time, and room info, visit the workshop calendar at http://www.psuonline.pdx.edu/calendar/plans.cgi . Call the CAE Office: 503.725.8327 to register for a workshop.
  
• Take a look at what others are saying about Bb CE6. A summary of postings and discussions from a small group of Bb CE6 test users is now being assembled at http://pilottest.wordpress.com. New postings will be added regularly. Please feel free to add comments to any of the postings.
  
• Online and classroom-based training in Bb CE6 is also available. You can register for any one of several regularly scheduled, face-to-face workshops, or you can register for a self-paced, facilitated online training course.
