Blackboard Training and Support
The primary contact for any issues regarding training and support for Blackboard is Patrice Hudson, Program Administartor at the Center for Academic Excellence, at 725-8327, e-mail blackboard@pdx.edu . She will help you get connected to one of instructional designers in the Center to work with you for your Blackboard training and support needs.
Move WebCT Content to Blackboard
If you have a Blackboard shell and need your WebCT course content moved into that shell, you should fill out the Move WebCT Content to Blackboard request form at

If you have any questions about Blackboard course creation, course deletion, backup or copying, contact the Center for Academic Excellence at 725-8327, blackboard@pdx.edu .
Instructional Design Support
Finally, if you have a desire to put a portion of your class online or all of your class online, contact the Program Administrator at the Center for Academic Excellence. She will assign an instructional designer with the center who can work with you to discuss the project and work out a timeline to make that available to you.
