In this workshop, you'll be introduced to the technical and pedagogical skills necessary to be a successful, effective online instructor. Through interactive tutorials, hands-on activities, examples, and discussions, you'll learn how to keep students informed, promote a lively learning community, work with the Grade Book, control the release of content, and effectively manage your course throughout the semester.

This workshop focuses exclusively on the section instructor role; building and design tasks are not covered. It covers the new features, including blog topics, journal topics, and peer review in Discussions, and Grading Forms. Your institution may not have this release or may have some of the features turned off.
